The Fire + Ice Protocol
Rinse before starting
Fire: 15 minutes in our Red Light Infrared Sauna
Ice: Up to 3 minutes in the Cold Plunge
Repeat up to 3 rounds

Sit on a towel in the sauna
Place used towels and robes in the hamper
Red light glasses are recommended
Steady your breath: Cold is 90% breath. Try inhale 4, exhale 6.
Start slow: 30–90 seconds in the cold is plenty to start.
Build over time: Consistency matters more than intensity.
